To return your order please follow the 4 easy steps below:

TYPES OF RETURNS

If you believe your return parcel might take longer than our 21 day timeframe due to shipping delays or government restrictions as a result of COVID-19, please contact our customer care team at hello@alicemccall.com who can approve an extension.

  • Full Priced Products

    We do not acccept refund for change of mind unless faulty.

  • Sale/Promotional Products Discounted by less than 60%*

    *Please note this includes the use of discount codes

    Valid for a credit note.

    Credit Note: Once your return is processed you will be emailed a sixteen digit code. To redeem this credit note enter the code in the "Gift card or discount code" box at checkout. Credit notes are valid for 3 months.

  • Faulty Items

    Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within 3 months of the purchase date.

    Follow the above process to request a return online and select 'Defective Item' as your return reason. Once you've submitted your request this will be set as pending. You will receive an email with further instructions and if approved, alice McCALL will absorb return shipping costs up to 30AUD.

    Products that have a major fault or manufacturing fault may be returned for a refund, replacement/exchange or a credit note. For products with minor faults, we can often to repair these for you. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.

Return FAQs

  • I can't create a returns request.

    If you are unable to create a return request online, unfortunately this will be because your item/s do not meet our returns eligibility criteria. The returns portal will not allow you to request a return for those outside the 3 week returns period.

  • Do you provide return shipping labels?

    Please note that alice McCALL does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend shipping your returns parcel using a trackable postage service of your choice. alice McCALL is not liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.

  • Have you received my return?

    You can track your return via your selected delivery service and see when it reaches our head offiice. From there, it can take up to 48hours for your parcel to be transferred from our head office to our returns office. You will receive an email when your return is received and again when processed. Please check your junk mail.

  • Return to sender parcels.

    Refunds will not be provided for orders refused delivery by customers or Return To Sender parcels. Our customer care team will be in contact and we will gladly re-send the order.
